🔄 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:
- A return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is provided.
- The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized apparel, mugs, decals).
- Used or installed automotive accessories.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear.
♻️ Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered exclusively for the following cases:
- Items received are damaged during shipping.
- A product was incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item or variation).

If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
- Please note: Merchant processing fees are non-refundable in accordance with the Processor’s terms of service.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- In the event of an approved defective or incorrect product, MBS Vehicle Exporter L.L.C will issue a prepaid return label.
